Auto mechanical maintenance is an essential skill for anyone interested in understanding and maintaining vehicles properly. A well-structured lesson plan ensures students or trainees gain hands-on experience, theoretical knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills. This lesson plan can cover fundamental topics such as understanding vehicle systems, performing routine maintenance, identifying common mechanical issues, and using the right tools for repairs.
What we do, why we do it, and who we do it for.
What we do:
There appears to be a false narrative being pushed in our society about our young men. The Gen-Z or Gen-X, as they are called by many, are being accused of attitudes and behaviors toward work with negative connotations.
But there is more to them than what meets the eye. Have we been too fast to throw them away when they didn't fit the mold, we set for them? The standards of humanity do not dictate the outcome of everyone's success or failure in life. Nothing is a guarantee for anyone; anyone can truthfully tell you that before they became a success, there were many failures that they had to deal with. What we at the Wheel Discipleship and Mentorship program do is offer these young men something that God has given each and everyone of us, and that is another chance at life to be a success, not just in the career world but a success in Life, as a believer as well.

Proper land preparation is essential for achieving the best possible harvest. By taking the time to prepare your soil correctly, you create an environment where crops can thrive. Land prepping involves vital steps such as clearing debris, tilling, leveling, and enriching the soil with nutrients. These efforts ensure that the soil is well-aerated, retains moisture, and supports healthy root growth. Additionally, it helps in preventing weed competition and improving drainage, which are critical for optimal plant health and yield. When done correctly, land preparation sets the foundation for a productive growing season, giving your crops the best chance to reach their full potential.

Seed selection is also a very important part of farming, as it plays a critical role in determining the success of a crop. Choosing the right seeds can directly impact crop yield, resistance to pests and diseases, and the ability to adapt to specific environmental conditions. High-quality seeds that are suited to the soil type, climate, and farming practices ensure better germination rates and healthier plants. Farmers should consider factors such as seed variety, genetic traits, and certified quality when making their selection. By investing time and effort into selecting the best seeds, farmers set the foundation for a productive and sustainable agricultural season.

If you decide to raise animals, it’s crucial to have a solid understanding of their health and welfare needs. Whether you’re caring for livestock, pets, or any other type of animal, a foundational knowledge of proper care practices ensures their well-being and helps prevent potential issues. This includes understanding their diet, habitat requirements, common illnesses, and behavioral needs. Taking the time to educate yourself about the specific animals you’re raising is not only a responsibility but also a key component to fostering a healthy, thriving environment for them.
Our Last Meeting left us with more insight as to where we are in the organization of our Program. It was a reminder of just how much work we yet have to do before we bring the first participant into the program. Our Directors must have some classes on our duties as trainers, mentors and teachers. We were all mildly admonished to make sure that we add these courses to a masterplan for certification. I have sent out a copy of what to expect from our master class for directors and instructors, so if you didn't get one through your email contact me at rogermontgomery641@yahoo.com or by phone 256-499-8885. or Jerry Roberts @ 256-454-4748
